準備階段

開始會議

在會上，可能會要求你就確鑿的信息發言。或者，你可能得提出幾種可行的方案供討論，也許是對某個提議的推薦，并說出原因。盡量讓你的表現非常清晰，符合邏輯。如果你想表達許多觀點或選擇，你可能想用如下的標志性話語清晰的將它們羅列出來：‘Firstly we could.../Our first option is to...’（首先，我們可以.../我們的第一選擇是...）；‘Secondly it could be possible to.../The second possibility is to...’（其次，可能是.../第二種可能是...）；‘Finally...’（最后...）你也可以使用短語，如： ‘Alternatively we could ...’（或者，我么能...）等等。

如果你推薦或極力支持其中的一種選擇，請清晰地向與會者表達出來并給出自己的理由：‘I feel that ABC is the best option for us because none of our competitors are able to provide this product/service...’（我認為ABC是我們的最佳選擇，因為沒有任何一個競爭者能提供這樣的產品或服務...）；‘I support XYZ as it offers the best fit to our current product offering...’（我支持XYZ，因為它與我們現在提供的產品非常匹配...）等等 

表達同意
‘I agree with that point…’（我同意那個觀點...） 

‘I support that…’（我支持...） 

‘I agree that’s the best option…’（我覺得那是最佳選擇...） 

‘I’m wholeheartedly in agreement with that…’（我完全同意...） 

表達不同意
當我們不同意某人的觀點時，需要采用盡可能機智和圓潤的表達方式！

‘I can understand your point of view, but don’t you think that we should...?’（我能理解您的觀點，但是您覺得我們是不是應該...?） 

‘I think it’s a brilliant idea. However, I’m worried that it may be a little ahead of its time. I’m not sure our customers are ready for such a big change to the product’. （我覺得這個想法真棒。但是，我擔心它是不是有點超前。我不確定我們的客戶是否準備好了接受我們產品如此大的變化）

‘You’ve presented your case well, but I think that…’ （您已經將您的觀點表達的非常好，但是我覺得...）

投票表決或達成共識 

如果，討論完后，很請明顯的，大家都同意了：
‘So, we’re all in agreement on this.’（那么，大家都同意了。） 

‘I think we’ve reached a consensus on this issue.’（我覺得大家在這個問題上都達成了共識。） 

‘Are we all agreed on this?’（我們都同意這個觀點了嗎？） 

如果有不同的觀點，可能需要投票
‘Let’ take a vote on this. All those in favor of the proposal say “Aye”/”Yes”. All those against the proposal say “Nay”/”No”.’ （讓我們投票表決吧。所有同意這個觀點的人請說“是”。所有否定這個觀點的人請說“否”。）

‘Let’s have a show of hands for the proposal. Now let’s see a show of hands against the proposal.’（讓我們舉手投票表決吧。現在，請否決的人舉手表態。） 

‘The proposal is carried (agreed)/not carried (= not agreed).’（這個提議將實行或無法實行。）
